Grouping is great if you plan to use a lot of tiles to keep your desktop organized. Very useful if you prefer tiles to desktop icons. Once moved, the tile will stay in place until you move or remove it. What if you want to remove a specific file from a folder?

Turn Off Live Tiles

Please note that Better StartMenu requires PNG files to create custom Start Menu live tiles. The Helper program saves the tile data, including the name, icon, and path of the program, while Better StartMenu adds the tile onto your Start Menu. Continue that process until all you've dragged all the related tiles into that folder. You can then name or rename the folder by clicking on the name field and typing the name you wish to give that folder. Let's say you want to put all your entertainment-related apps into a single folder.
